Meet times and locations sometimes change.

Make sure your swimmer (and you) are on the text and e-mail groups for up-to-the-minute updates.  Details can be found on the Tips/Videos/FB tab. 

In addition to the practices listed, there may be morning practice options for some.  Coach Chris will review times and expectations.
